About The Role

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for a Business Office Director (BOD) to join our Revenue Cycle Management Team. The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization. The BOD will:

• Travel to the client site and be on-site at the client 85% of the time and work remotely from their home office 15% of the time
• Lead and manage client’s local resources within all Patient Registration areas and Patient Financial Services
• Function as BOD and assume all roles and responsibilities of the position as an Ni2 employee supporting the local Executive Leadership (CEO, CFO & CNO and other local leadership as directed)
• Have a deep understanding of Electronic Health Records and specifically Cerner
• Gain exposure to Ni2 Health’s proprietary tools and technology to support effective AR Management with the local on-site team
• Have a laser focus on driving value to the Client with effective AR Management and effective resource management while improving overall employee engagement and satisfaction
• Directly supporting Client CFO with Cerner Reporting and other duties as assigned by local leadership
• Other duties as assigned by Ni2 Health leadership
• This role provides direct access to company leadership and opportunities for individual professional mentoring.

Minimum Job Requirements

• BA / BS degree from an accredited institution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Takes initiative to complete tasks rapidly and accurately
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel to client site and be on-site at defined client 85% of the time
• Cerner Revenue Cycle Management Knowledge
• Strong analytics/data science skills
• Hospital Revenue Cycle Experience
• Must have prior experience leading teams and managing a hospital business office

Compensation Package

• Base Salary dependent on experience and qualifications; Starting at $90,000+ plus performance incentives
• Sign on bonus
• Full benefits to include 401k with company match, progressive PTO policy with paid holidays
• Full travel expenses paid by company with Corporate Apartment and Corporate vehicle for use while working at client site or relocation assistance if candidate desires to fully relocate to the area where the client is located
